Police, PDEA nab CamSur town's No. 3 in drug list

LEGAZPI CITY, Feb. 4 (PNA) -- Combined operatives of three law enforcement agencies arrested the No. 3 man in the wanted list of drug personalities in Ocampo, Camarines Sur in a buy-bust operation at Barangay Poblacion West of the town at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday.

Joint elements of the Camarines Sur Provincial Public Safety Company, Ocampo Municipal Police Station and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 5 collared Daryll S. Llamera, 38 and a resident of Barangay Poblacion East, same town.

The authorities arrested Llamera after selling one medium-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” to the poseur-buyer and marked as BB AAM2-2-16.

Confiscated and recovered from the suspect's possession were one PHP500 bill with serial no. NH964540 (buy-bust money), one PHP200 bill with serial no. AA421166, one PHP100 bill with serial no. EN932431, one PHP50 bill with serial no.GV574355, one PHP20 bill with serial no. CA701612, three PHP5 coins, 17 PHP1 coins, one lighter color blue (marked as AAM1 2-2-16), and one large heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu (marked as AAM 2-2-16).

The law officers made an inventory of the pieces of evidence in the presence of the suspect; Roberto R. Bichayda, media representative; and barangay captain Felimon S. Ricafrente of Barangay Poblacion West, Ocampo.
